We have spent time benchmarking our Warranties in the market-place to ensure we are providing the highest level of service, most competitive prices and best possible protection for your customers.
Fully inclusive mechanical and electrical breakdown - The warranty guarantees the the cost of all parts, callout and labour charges. We do not charge the customer if no fault is found.
Replacement without customer cost - Our warranty is transparent, if we can't fix it we will replace it - simple. Unlike other providers we do not charge the customer a percentage of the replacement cost for goods under 5 years old.
45 day cooling off period as standard - We offer a full 4 day cooling off period as opposed to the standard 14 days offered by most providers, giving customers time to decide if the product is right for them.
24 hour claims centre - Equipment can fail at the most inconvenient times. Our claims centre is open 24 hours, allowing your customers to report their claim at a time convenient to them.
Flexible repair appointments - We understand that your customer's lead busy lives, that's why EXTEND-IT Warranty offer flexible appointment times. Our engineers are available between 9am - 6pm Mon to Fri and weekends.
5 day target repair service - Our UK workshops will collect the faulty product free of charge and return them within a 5 day target*. Our parts storage centre allows parts to be dispatched within 24 hours so the customer does not have a lengthy wait for imported parts.
All EXTEND-IT Warranties are issued in stylish, contemporary retail packaging.
All warranties listed are based on a standard 1yr Manufacturers Warranty plus an additional 2yr or 4yr extended warranty. We also provide warranties for AV equipment and commercial installation warranties. Please contact your account manager for details.
